Additional terms and conditions apply when you enrol on a course.These additional terms will be drawn to your attention on your enrolment.

Kent Graduate Management College (KGMC) is the owner of the www.kentgmcollege.co.uk website and we reserve the right to amend the website at any time.

By accessing KGMC website at any time you are bound by the Terms and Conditions of usage,

KGMC is not responsible for your loss of data on your computer as a result of downloading or accessing the KGMC website and its materials.

As an enrolled student you are expected to take necessary precautions in protecting your computer system and data files against computer viruses, unauthorised access for computer misuse and fraud.

We reserve the right to suspend access to the website for maintenance and repairs. We are not responsible for interrupted access to the website due to telecommunications and internet failure and other matters outside of our control.

On enrolment, any services, training and supporting materials for students is personal to you and you may not transfer your access rights to another person who is not enrolled or is a registered student of KGMC.

To register as a student of KGMC you must be at least 18 years old. Any student below 18 who wish to enrol must seek the permission of their parents. This permission must be in writing and submitted to KGMC for approval.

Any statements made for registration and enrolment must be true, accurate, current and complete and that you agree to inform KGMC of any material changes to these statements.

KGMC has the right to refuse your application at our absolute discretion When you are an enrolled student you will be given a username and password to access the learner section of the website. You are required to keep your given username and password confidential. If you believe that your password is not secure you must inform KGMC immediately for the issue of a new password.

KGMC reserve the right to change and alter your username and password at any time.

KGMC are unable to provide technical support for students with difficulties in accessing our KGMC. We will make all necessary effort to ensure uninterrupted access but is not guaranteed.

We shall not be liable to loss or damage arising from your connection to our website including loss or damage of your data held in you computer.

Forums
A forum system on the website is to enable enrolled students to post comments and discuss courses and subject matters with faculty tutors and other learners.

All content will be monitored and where it is found to be against the policies of KGMC it will be deleted and the writer of the content will be warned about the content. Any further infringement by the student will result in suspension. If further infringement persists, the student will be dismissed from the College.

The policy of KGMC for the use of the forum facility on the website requires all students are as follows:

The forum must not be used for:

1. any unlawful purpose
2. as a means of communicating any material which is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, threatening, defamatory, libellous, or otherwise objectionable;
3. business purposes including without limitation the publishing or circulation of any promotion, or advertisement, or the solicitation of funds or the sale or supply of goods or services;
4. communicating any material which is likely to have a detrimental effect on our or any other person's reputation;
5. communicating any unsolicited or unauthorised materials, chain letters, junk mail or
6. to obtain, collect or store any personal data about any visitors, members or learners of the Website;

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law
