Our training method provides focused, text book based and online support. We provide a directed learning experience to enable students to study at their convenience and more importantly to balance their employment, family and social commitments.

Students completing their study programmes at their own pace will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. They will acquire the ability to apply new skills and knowledge into their work environment.

The frustration of attending traditional classes and its related travelling arrangements and costs will also removed.

We also recognise the value of shared experiences in the process of learning. Therefore students will have access to their tutors and to their fellow students through our e-forum systems. This interaction and discussions with others and instructors will provide additional and invaluable insights into the subjects being studied.

Each Study Pack of learning materials will specify an individual learning plan, course assignments and tasks that each student has to complete.

Students that experience difficulty or require further help in understanding the demands of the course, or who require advice or reassurances in meeting the assignment requirements can either communicate directly with their instructor electronically or by fax.

It is our responsibility to ensure that all communication and concerns from students are fully satisfied, dealt with and resolved satisfactorily.

Commencements dates
Although our courses are delivered entirely by Distance Learning, we have definite commencement dates, which are January, April, July and October each year

Duration
Each course that we offer are generally of one year duration.
